01 / Current work / portfolio

03 projects / lifecycle state tracked explicitly

Research, tested in real systems.

Current Work is where ROCSI's durable questions become concrete systems, deployments, integrations, and experiments. The projects below are practical environments for learning what survives contact with real constraints.

Research describes the questions we keep investigating. Current Work documents the implementations that produce evidence, utility, and new questions.

02 / Active

Active

Projects ROCSI is currently developing, operating, maintaining, or materially advancing.

01 / Civic TechnologyActive

Platforma Civică

A beta/demo civic-tech platform for participation, public visibility, and the relationship between citizens and institutions. It brings together public announcements and consultations, civic reports and complaints, polls and referendums, an institution map, and assisted tools for explaining documents and preparing official requests.

02 / Open-source integrationActive

Connector for NMKR

An open-source WordPress connector that synchronizes Cardano and Solana project and token data from NMKR Studio through the NMKR API, stores it locally, and exposes it through responsive shortcodes.

03 / Experimental

Experimental

Technical work under evaluation, where scope, architecture, or implementation may still change substantially.

03 / Trustworthy InfrastructureExperimental

Telemetry Attestation Gateway

Privacy-preserving telemetry attestation research using zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) to prove narrowly scoped properties of vehicle telemetry without exposing the underlying sensitive data. The documented work is simulation-first and vehicle/drone-oriented, including autonomous-vehicle contexts, while explicitly excluding flight control, command authorization, and autonomous decision execution.

04 / Project lifecycle

State changes. URLs do not.

Lifecycle state describes ROCSI's present relationship with a project. It is metadata, not a routing category, so a project keeps the same durable URL as its state changes.

experimental → active ↔ paused → retired / direct transitions remain possible

  1. 01Experimental

An assumption, architecture, or prototype is being tested.

  2. 02Active

ROCSI is materially developing, operating, or maintaining the work.

  3. 03Paused

Development is deliberately suspended without erasing the project record.

  4. 04Retired

The work remains documented even when active development has ended.

05 / Continue exploring

Projects sit inside a wider system of work.

Current Work should be read together with the durable research questions behind it, the technical trail left at the workbench, and the collaboration contexts that can move useful work forward.
