Use this form to ask ROCSI about personal data connected with the website, a project inquiry, workshop registration, scheduling or another ROCSI interaction.

Requests this channel can cover
- access to personal data;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure where the applicable conditions are met;
- restriction or objection where applicable;
- data portability where applicable;
- another privacy request that needs review.
What happens next
- The request is delivered to ROCSI through a server-side route; the internal destination address is not exposed in browser code.
- ROCSI may ask for proportionate additional information if identity or the relevant records cannot otherwise be verified safely.
- Applicable legal deadlines depend on the request and circumstances; under GDPR the normal response period is generally one month, subject to lawful extensions.
- Do not upload identity documents or sensitive material unless ROCSI specifically asks for information that is necessary to verify the request.
