1. Operator

2. Website use

• Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its availability, security or other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, submit malicious content or misuse public forms.
• Information you submit should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Research and informational material

ROCSI publishes research, engineering notes and project information for general informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this material is not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice and should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular outcome.

4. ROCSI Build inquiries

Submitting a project brief or scheduling a conversation is an invitation to discuss possible work. It does not by itself create a services contract, reserve delivery capacity or commit either party to commercial terms. Any commissioned engagement is subject to separately agreed scope and terms.

5. Digital Resilience workshop

• Workshop availability, date, format, language and price are shown in the booking flow.
• A registration is not treated as paid merely because the browser returns from Checkout; payment and registration status must be confirmed by the authoritative ROCSI/Stripe flow.
• Payment is handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout. ROCSI does not ask you to send payment-card details through its own forms.
• Any session-specific cancellation, rescheduling or refund conditions communicated with the offer or booking apply in addition to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

6. Intellectual property and open source

ROCSI website content, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules unless stated otherwise. Code or documentation published in public repositories is governed by the licence and notices attached to that repository, which take precedence for that material.

7. Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services such as GitHub, Cal.com, Stripe and other infrastructure providers. Their own terms and policies apply when you use those services.

8. Availability and liability

ROCSI may change, suspend or discontinue website features for maintenance, security or product reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ROCSI is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party services or by use of the website contrary to these terms.

9. Law and updates

These terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to you. The terms may be updated as the ROCSI website and its services change; the publication date above identifies the current version.
