ROCSI AI Assistant / partnership invitation

Seeking our first municipality partner

Make municipal information easier for residents to find.

An AI assistant embedded on the municipality's website, designed to help residents find public information, point to relevant pages and acknowledge when there is insufficient evidence to answer.

The demo answers questions about ROCSI only, not about a municipality. Do not submit personal or confidential information.

The concept is already working on the ROCSI website. Our first municipal integration will be a pilot built and evaluated jointly with the institution, not an already launched commercial service.

Illustrative example / not a real conversation
ROCSI / AI

Resident's question

Where can I find the local tax office opening hours?

The behaviour we are aiming for

The assistant checks approved municipal information, points to the official page if available, or explains that it lacks enough evidence and suggests contacting the institution.

No invented opening times, fees or administrative procedures.

01 / Value

A wayfinding layer, not another form.

Much of the information already exists on municipal websites, but is spread across pages, documents and departments. The pilot evaluates a simpler way to find it.

01

For residents

Natural-language questions, direction to relevant pages and a clear explanation whenever information is unavailable.

02

For the institution

An additional way to access published information. We can assess recurring questions and discovery friction without claiming savings before evaluation.

03

For trust

Answers based on content selected by the institution, references where available and clear limits on unsupported questions.

02 / The differentiator

Knowing when not to answer matters more than answering everything.

An assistant for a public institution should not invent procedures, deadlines, fees or administrative decisions. We evaluate how it flags unsupported questions and directs people to an appropriate human channel.

  • Institution-approved sources define the scope of an answer.
  • A source available to the system is not automatically public to residents.
  • When information is missing, the assistant should explain its limits.
  • AI answers are not official decisions, documents or communications.

03 / The pilot partnership

Start with a narrow scope. Test real cases. Decide from evidence.

We propose a bounded pilot covering selected categories of public information, with responsibilities and acceptance criteria agreed before activation on the municipal website.

  1. 01 / 04

    Choose the scope

Agree on priority questions, intended audiences, points of contact and pilot boundaries.

  2. 02 / 04

    Approve the information

The institution validates public pages and documents. Internal materials and personal data are excluded from the first phase.

  3. 03 / 04

    Configure and test

Prepare a separated integration, check answers and refusals, and agree on security, privacy and operating requirements.

  4. 04 / 04

    Evaluate together

Review accuracy, unanswered questions, feedback and actual costs before deciding whether to expand.

04 / Current status

A working public demonstration. Municipal integration is the next step.

What is demonstrable today

  • Romanian and English chat on rocsi.eu, without visitor accounts.
  • Answers about ROCSI grounded in approved public information, with references.
  • Out-of-scope boundaries and optional quality feedback.

What must be verified before a public municipal pilot

  • A separated integration and source-access rules for the partner institution.
  • Answer quality on real municipal content and content freshness.
  • Data protection, security, responsibilities and support arrangements.

05 / Common questions

What does the invitation involve?

Will the assistant replace staff or official channels?
No. It helps people navigate available information. Applications, petitions and administrative decisions remain within official procedures and systems.
Must we provide internal databases or residents' personal data?
Not for the first phase. We begin with approved public information. Any extension to non-public sources would require a separate review of necessity, access and data protection.
Is it a commercial product ready to install?
Not yet. The public ROCSI implementation demonstrates the concept; this invitation is for the first pilot integration. Schedule, resources and terms will be agreed jointly.

Open invitation / first institutional partner

Could your municipality become our first pilot partner?

We seek an institution willing to select a public-information topic, appoint a point of contact and evaluate practical usefulness for residents together with ROCSI.

In your message, mention “ROCSI AI Assistant municipality pilot” and, if possible, your institution's website.

Exploratory pilot. No prices, dates or institutional deployments are being claimed.
