ROCSI AI Assistant / veterinary sector

Seeking our first veterinary clinic or practice partner

More time for patients. Easier access to information for pet owners.

An AI assistant embedded in a veterinary practice website to help pet owners find services, opening hours, contact details and appointment instructions using information approved by the clinic.

The live demo uses ROCSI information only, not veterinary content. Do not enter personal or animal medical details.

The assistant already works with ROCSI information. A veterinary integration is the next pilot: a separate implementation configured and evaluated with the partner clinic.

ROCSI / AI

A pet owner's question

What are the clinic's opening hours and how can I book an appointment?

How the assistant should behave

It checks the clinic-approved information for opening hours and contact options. When available, it points to the relevant page; otherwise, it explains that it lacks sufficient information and recommends contacting reception.

An illustrative interaction, not real opening hours or an existing veterinary deployment.

01 / Usefulness

The right information without more work for the team.

Hours, services and administrative policies are often scattered across pages. Pet owners need clear information, while staff need time for interactions that require a person.

01

For pet owners

Ask questions naturally, find clinic information outside reception hours and get clear guidance when the assistant cannot support an answer.

02

For reception teams

Potential to reduce repetitive administrative questions and identify hard-to-find information, without promising measurable savings before testing.

03

For clinic management

Control over approved information, a more accessible digital experience and evidence for assessing the pilot's quality, usefulness and cost.

02 / Trust

Answers grounded in clinic information. Clear limits when it is missing.

This is not a generic chatbot intended to answer anything. The assistant should stay within approved material and recognize when the next step belongs to reception or a veterinarian.

  • The clinic selects and approves the information used.
  • Each client's information stays separate; internal sources are not automatically public.
  • References may be provided when appropriate without disclosing confidential information.
  • When evidence is missing or a question is out of scope, the assistant acknowledges its limits.

03 / Clinical safety

An information assistant, not a virtual veterinarian.

The first phase focuses on administrative information. It does not diagnose conditions or replace a consultation or communication with the clinical team.

  • No diagnoses, prescriptions, dosages or individualized treatment advice.
  • No definitive emergency assessments or promises of clinical outcomes.
  • For symptoms, poisoning or injury, conservatively direct the owner to a veterinarian or appropriate emergency service without delaying care.
  • Avoid unnecessary collection of identifiable or medical information in public conversations.

04 / The pilot

Start with real clinic information, then evaluate together.

We invite a practice to test a clearly defined use case. We do not assume booking, notifications or patient records are connected until these are separately built and verified.

  1. 01 / 04

    Agree on the goal

Identify recurring questions, intended audiences and success criteria with the clinic team.

  2. 02 / 04

    Approve the content

The clinic selects verified pages, services, hours, contact details and administrative procedures.

  3. 03 / 04

    Configure and verify

Prepare a separated integration, testing administrative answers, medical boundaries and data protection.

  4. 04 / 04

    Measure and decide

Review answer quality, unsupported questions, pet owner experience and actual costs before expanding.

05 / Product status

A working ROCSI demo. Veterinary integration is the next validation step.

What we can demonstrate now

  • A public assistant at rocsi.eu in Romanian and English.
  • Responses grounded in ROCSI information and boundaries on unsupported questions.
  • Website-embedded interface with response feedback and usage monitoring.

What we validate with the first clinic

  • Strict separation and updating of clinic-approved information.
  • Answer quality on real veterinary administrative questions.
  • Clinical boundaries, privacy, operations, costs and responsibilities.

06 / Common questions

What should an interested clinic know?

Will the assistant diagnose or recommend treatment?
No. The pilot is administrative and informational. Medical questions and possible emergencies should be directed to a veterinarian or an appropriate emergency service.
Can it book appointments in our software?
At this stage, it points to the booking options published by the clinic. We do not claim live calendar or patient-management integrations without separate implementation and validation.
What information do we need to provide?
We start with approved content: services, hours, contact details and administrative procedures. No patient records or owners' personal information are needed for the initial pilot.
How are information and conversations protected?
Before activation, we assess data minimization, access rules and corpus isolation for each clinic. We avoid unnecessary personal and clinical data and agree on operational terms together.
What does the pilot cost and how long will it take?
Commercial terms, timing and responsibilities are not yet fixed. We define these with the first partner based on pilot scope.

Open invitation / first veterinary partner

Could your practice become our first veterinary pilot partner?

We are seeking a veterinary clinic, hospital or practice ready to select administrative content, test an assistant configured for its own website and evaluate the results with ROCSI.

Please mention “ROCSI AI Assistant veterinary pilot” and, if available, your clinic website.

Exploratory pilot invitation. No prices, timelines or active veterinary deployments are being claimed.
