Websites & digital experiences
Company sites, portals, editorial platforms and interactive web experiences designed around a real communication or operational need.
Build with ROCSI / digital development
ROCSI combines applied research, software engineering and modern AI models to turn real problems into digital products that can be tested, used and developed further.
Websites, web applications, internal systems, automation, integrations and AI-enabled products — from an initial hypothesis to a working system.
The first conversation is about understanding the problem and deciding whether working together makes sense. There is no obligation to start a project.
01 / What changed
We don't use AI for AI's sake. We use it to build better.
Code, interfaces, analysis and prototypes can now be created at a speed that would have seemed unlikely only a few years ago.
But generated code is not the same as a product that solves the right problem, integrates with existing systems, protects data, remains maintainable and works for real users.
02 / What we can build
You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. A real problem, opportunity or process that could work better is enough to start.
01
Company sites, portals, editorial platforms and interactive web experiences designed around a real communication or operational need.
02
SaaS products, client portals, specialist platforms and operational applications built around real users and workflows.
03
Dashboards, team applications, workflows and tools designed around how your organisation actually works.
04
Document processing, search, classification, assistants, agents and other model-powered capabilities where AI has a concrete role.
05
APIs, payments, email, authentication, data synchronisation and integrations that connect systems and reduce manual work.
06
Experiments and MVPs designed to determine quickly whether an idea deserves further investment before scaling it.
03 / Proof is in what we build
ROCSI does not sell a process that exists only for clients. We research, prototype, build, launch and operate our own systems.

04 / How we work
AI changes the speed of implementation. It does not remove the need to choose the right problem, scope the right experiment or make sound engineering decisions.
01
Understand
Clarify the user, organisation, process, constraint and outcome before choosing tools.
02
Reduce
Reduce the idea to the smallest system, prototype or experiment capable of producing useful evidence.
03
Build
Use AI, automation and conventional software engineering where each creates the most value.
04
Test
Expose assumptions to real workflows, data, users and operating constraints before polishing the wrong thing.
05
Decide
Use what the evidence says rather than letting sunk cost or implementation momentum make the next decision.
The goal is not to sell the maximum number of development hours. It is to build enough to make the next good decision.
05 / Who this is for
It makes sense to talk if you are a company, team, organisation or founder with a concrete problem and a willingness to discover what is worth building to solve it.
You do not need to know which framework, AI model or architecture you need. That is part of the problem to solve, not part of the brief you are expected to bring us.
06 / Commercial engagement
ROCSI commercial projects are delivered under contract, with objectives, deliverables, responsibilities and milestones agreed before development begins.
We can start with a focused discovery or prototype stage and expand only when there is enough evidence that the next investment is justified.
The initial 30-minute conversation is free and exists to determine whether the problem and ROCSI are a good fit.
Discuss your project — 30 min07 / Project brief
If you prefer to begin in writing, capture the problem in your own words. Four pieces of context are usually enough to make the first conversation useful.

You do not need to know exactly how it should be built. We start by understanding whether the problem is worth solving and the best way to test it.
