Contact / first conversation
context → conversation → fit → next step
Choose a time that works for you. The first conversation is for understanding the context and deciding whether there is a useful next step—not for manufacturing a commitment before the problem is understood.
Start with the question that needs context.
The most useful first interaction with ROCSI is usually a focused conversation around a concrete question, project, experiment, collaboration opportunity, technical context, or applied-R&D problem.
Schedule a conversation01 / Contact
A direct way to establish context.
Instead of beginning with a long contact form or asynchronous email thread, schedule a short introductory conversation and bring the concrete question that made ROCSI relevant to you.
You do not need a finished brief. A useful starting point can be a problem, constraint, system, dataset, deployment context, experiment, or idea that would benefit from technical investigation.
02 / What we can discuss
Bring work that benefits from evidence and technical depth.
The conversation can start from ROCSI's current work or from a new problem that overlaps meaningfully with our research and engineering practice.

A scheduled conversation is an exploratory first step. It does not imply that every proposed engagement, collaboration, or project will be accepted.
03 / Schedule a conversation
Thirty minutes to understand the problem and its fit.
Use the introductory meeting to establish the question, relevant context, important constraints, and what a useful next step might look like if there is a genuine fit.

Availability, timezone handling, booking confirmation, and meeting details are managed through the scheduling flow below.
Scheduling is provided through Cal.com. The booking interface and its third-party resources load only after you choose to open the scheduler.
05 / After booking
The scheduling flow carries the logistics from there.
After you confirm a time, the scheduling service provides the booking and calendar information for the meeting.
- 01
You receive the booking and calendar details associated with the confirmed time.
- 02
Video-conferencing information is included according to the configured meeting workflow.
- 03
If your plans change, use the supported booking flow to reschedule or cancel.
ROCSI does not copy booking details into a separate contact database through this scheduling flow.
